These should do I think. Both sets of weights was a bit much. Its funny, but I think people get the impression that I am stronger than I am because of the Drill training.
Its not that its easy, or even that its not painful, but if its taught me anything its that attitude is very important here. Others complain and then fall over or pass out, but I actually enjoy the workout, the fact that it actually FEELs like I am accomplishing something. Push myself through it, if I pass out its gonna be because I can't work anymore, not cause I gave up!
