Alright everyone! Just because Sgt. Major Mao is gonna be laid up in the infirmary for a while doesn't mean that all you punks she was dealing with get a break! Kamille Bidan, Coop Cooplowski, Shinji Ikari, Riki Makishi, Kusuha Mizuha, Garrod Ran, Akito Tenkawa, and Kira Yamato, you'll all report to the gym at 0530 just like you have been! Any of you punks try to get away and I'll deal with you myself! Don't show up late and don't complain!
Oh, and be ready for the sims after we're done. I want to see what Dingo Egret has taught all of you.

*The very next morning, Katina arrived outside the gym at 0510 in sweatpants and tank top, with arms crossed and a sour expression. Off to the side was some sort of small truck, it's bed full of something the poor fools wouldn't recognize unless they looked in.*

Oh and a new trainer... I haven't met you have I?

((I figure if he's been training with the same weights, especially after Mao, he is probably in better shape/used to them enough that he probably needs new ones at this point. Since he has been using them to train since the second session with Shiro)).

Try this. I split the weights up between 10 lbs. for the weaker guys and 20 for guys like you and Teppei.

Date: 2009-04-24 05:35 pm (UTC)These should do I think. Both sets of weights was a bit much. Its funny, but I think people get the impression that I am stronger than I am because of the Drill training.
Its not that its easy, or even that its not painful, but if its taught me anything its that attitude is very important here. Others complain and then fall over or pass out, but I actually enjoy the workout, the fact that it actually FEELs like I am accomplishing something. Push myself through it, if I pass out its gonna be because I can't work anymore, not cause I gave up!
